The Computer Cool School is a kid-safe USB computer peripheral that includes a kid-friendly QWERTY keyboard, writing tablet and stylus and CD ROM software that helps preschoolers in getting ready for school. The CCS is an expandable system with each additional piece of software consisting of 5 Learning centers and one field trip activity. The 5 Learning centers are: Reading and Writing, Math, Art, Music, and Science. Each center is represented by a physical button on the base hardware that are used to access those activities. Children can also print out reward certificates and supplemental worksheet-type activities from each center, while parental controls lock the child out of the desktop, prohibits internet access, and limits the number of prints the child can create.
